Test copy of the farm's REAL records, copied from Airtable on 28 Oct 2026 — what you save here stays here and does not reach Airtable. Emails can't be sent from here.

Season signup email

Tells last year's members — or the waiting list — that the new season is open, and links them to the signup form.

Before every real send: check the Sign up button. Press Send test to the farm, open the test email and click its button. It should open the “Sign up for the season” form (organicoasisfl.com/signup.html). If it opens the normal home page instead, don't send — the button would take everyone to the wrong place. The website shows the home page for any address that doesn't exist, so it will not look broken.
Send in small batches. Most members are on Gmail, which decides from how big sends go whether the farm's email reaches inboxes all season. Start with a test to yourselves, then 5 friendly people, then the rest over a few days. Stop if failures go above about 5% (usually old or mistyped addresses on the list) — and after the first batch, text one or two people and ask whether it landed in the inbox or in spam. This page can only see failures; it cannot see a spam folder. Anyone already emailed is skipped automatically, so you can just press Send again for the next batch.

There is a limit of 100 emails a day (Resend's free plan), and the weekly share email spends from the same 100 — so don't run a big batch on a Tuesday once the season is running.

Who and what

Leave the batch size at 0 to send to everyone who has not had it yet.

Photos must already be on organicoasisfl.com — a picture on your phone or computer can't be used directly (putting a new photo on the website is still a job for Jeff, for now). Anything else is refused rather than quietly dropped. The description is what people see when their mail app blocks images, which many do by default. Use Preview first and check the photo actually appears.

Skip anyone who has already been sent this email (leave this ticked). Unticking it will email people a second time.
